Acceptance
By using AfriKonnect you agree to these terms. The platform is provided "as is" as a discovery directory connecting consumers with African-owned businesses in Germany.
Business listings
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Listings must not be misleading, unlawful or infringe third-party rights. We may remove or suspend listings that violate these terms.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Businesses cannot delete customer reviews but may respond publicly and report abuse. We may moderate reported content.
No transactions
AfriKonnect facilitates discovery and contact only. Any transaction, booking or payment happens directly between you and the business, outside the platform.
Liability
We are not party to any agreement between consumers and businesses and accept no liability for goods or services provided by listed businesses.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
